I've now been a published novelist for over six months and I'm finding it as exciting now as the day I sold my first contract. I'm delighted to have signed a contract with Siren Bookstrand Publishing for my second work, Never Trust a Matchmaking Witch, which will have a January, 2009 release date.

I'm in the hectic, joyous phase of balancing my time between promotion for the books I've already written, writing time and family time. Those characters in my head keep after me to get their stories down on paper! Never Trust a Matchmaking Witch has such a loveable group of witches I can't resist telling their stories. What could be more fun than a group of witches with a talent for matchmaking their unsuspecting mortal friends? Now there's a way to put a unique talent to very good use, as any romantic will tell you!

Between writing and chauffeuring three kids I don't have time to ride, but I make sure my characters have some fun time on horseback here and there through my books. This way I can enjoy a ride vicariously. Meantime, although my first horse Spencer has passed away, my horse Topper is happily in retirement, chewing his way through an enormous field of grass and an endless supply of treats from his many admirers around the barn.
